We built a company that was focused on valuation, initially, actually targeting corporate strategic planning departments. We were one of the last to get what’s called a value added license to the compus stat database. The F, there is a subsequent change in 2006 called the Pension Protection Act.

They went public in May of 2006, and they’ve been public now for — RITHOLTZ: The argument is they avoided trouble in the financial crisis because they didn’t have a decade of overleverage. He had decided to license his name and just take fees and you know, that’s a much better business model.
