In that trade on a monthly basis, when you run that full strength, it gives the dynamics of something like the XIV, which rose 600% in 2017, right? I’m gonna hold it in my portfolio. Now my observation was twofold.

I do believe it should be different regulated differently from portfolio management, which is the typical definition of the registered investment advisor, but that it shouldn’t be the CFP Board that is controlling the regulatory environment for financial planners.

I was an analyst there for two years and then when a opportunity opened up for an internal promotion to portfolio manager in the beginning of 2017, they, they promoted me to that seat. When you’re an analyst, they’re training you to do the portfolio manager’s job.
