I found this short story concept refreshing because I could read a chapter and then quit for the evening or even a few days, then come back to the book and start a new chapter, learning a new concept without having to keep up as you would with a traditional book.

I am in a book club, and for our next book, I suggested that we read a self-help book. I was telling my husband about the book choice and he mentioned that a woman he had worked with just published a book on habits, “ How to Change ” by Katy Milkman.
